MD of EBM for 6 years and a service engineer for 27 years. Mick established EBM in September of 2005 after working for a large corporate company. His basic but yet successful philosophy, of good value office equipment with a second-to-none after care service still remains today.

Mark has been working at EBM since 2008; he overlooks the initial customer sales process. Making sure that very prospective customer receives a bespoke proposal suitable to their business.

Andy Golding – Service Director
Joining us in the summer of 2010, Andy undertakes the running of our famous aftercare service, making sure every customer has quick response time to any defect call and a smile with every service.

Lee O’Brien – Sales Manager
Sales/account manager for 35 years plus. Lee joined EBM in September 2010. He brings experience in sales face to face and on the telephone always learning and willing to go that extra mile, he is looking forward to continued success in 2014.

Clare Dale – Admin
If you have always wondered who’s voice that was at the end of the phone well here she is. Clare answers all inbound call directing them to the relevant department / person.

Mr Photocopier himself, Norman has been working in the trade since time began. For anything technical Norman is your man.
