Mark Bailey – Managing Director
Mark has been working at EBM since 2008. Overseeing the sales department, ensuring that every prospective customer receives a bespoke proposal suitable to their business. In October 2014 Mark was promoted to Managing Director, succeeding Michael Bailey. Mark’s new role sees him responsible for overseeing the development of the company and its customers.

Michael Bailey – Director
Mick established EBM in September of 2005 after working for a large corporate company. With more than 28 years’ experience as a service engineer, his basic, yet successful, philosophy of good value office equipment with a second-to-none after care service still remains today. In October 2014, Michael handed over the family business to his son Mark. Michael now enjoys engineering and making more time for his grandchildren.

Lee O’Brien – Sales Manager
Sales/account manager for 35 years plus. Lee joined EBM in September 2010. He brings experience in sales face to face and on the telephone always learning and willing to go that extra mile, he is looking forward to continued success in 2015.

Norman Plummer – Technical Specialist
Mr Photocopier himself, Norman has been working in the trade since time began. For anything technical, Norman is your man.
Likes: Salsa Dancing & Socialising
Dislikes: Anything less than perfect.
Julie Hudson – Accounts
Julie is responsible for the accounts department. She is the person to speak to regarding invoices and payment queries.

Teresa Bigwood – Customer Services
The newest addition to the EBM team. Teresa has a wealth of experience in customer services and looks forward to helping customers.
