We had the pleasure of participating in the Networking-Essex South Expo held on March 20, 2024, at The Brentwood Centre. EBM proudly served as the official bag sponsors for the event. Each attendee received a carrier bag adorned with the EBM logo, containing informative leaflets and various goodies. These included the Expo programme, EBM’s Telecoms and Print Bundle brochure, leaflets from The DS Group printers, FSB’s (Federation of Small Businesses) materials, and Renault Retail Enfield key rings.
During the Expo, we unveiled our new exhibition stand and showcased innovative features such as the Epson bike and push-the-button test. The Epson bike, a basic bicycle mounted on a tripod, powered a dynamo attached to a box with a standard three-pin plug socket. With a bit of pedal power, we demonstrated how it can generate sufficient energy to drive a standard Epson inkjet printer. Additionally, we highlighted the push-the-button test from Epson, illustrating the differences in warm-up time and energy consumption between inkjet and laser printers.
Moreover, we proudly presented the EBM guitar, custom-built by Essex Amp Repairs. While it served as a personal indulgence, it also sparked engaging conversations alongside discussions about our print, IT, and telecom solutions.
