These two models make up the high volume end of an innovative range of easy-to-use multifunctional colour devices offering outstanding performance and care for the environment. They have been specifically designed for centralised office locations with large workgroups and CRDs (Central Reprographic Departments).
The user interface in the d-Color MF652 and the d-Color MF752 has been completely redesigned with an innovative 9-inch Capacitive Colour Multi-touch Display. Which utilises “Flick and Drag” technology, similar to the operation on today’s smartphones and Tablet PCs.
The menu screen provides direct access to Scan, Fax (option), Box (archive) and Copy. When selecting additional functions, they appear in pop-up windows, which keeps the main panel both visible and available. This also eliminates the need for lots of sub-menus. In addition, it is possible to select or limit the number of function choices available to each user.
The d-Color MF652 and d-Color MF752 have excellent media capabilities and support up to 256 g/m2 from any paper tray and via the Automatic Duplex too. Paper Trays 1 and Tray 2 can also support up to 500 sheets each of SRA3 paper (320 mm x 450 mm). The bypass can feed Banner paper up to 1.2 meters in length providing you with the in-house flexibility of producing impactful local signage and posters.
When you add the optional on-line finishing capabilities, it is easy to create 20 pages (80 images) booklets with an automatic crease-fold and saddle-stitch, with a front cover of up to 209 g/m2, providing professional looking documents for your clients.
Other optional finishing functions include Tri-fold of an A4 page into DL size ready for posting; Z-fold of an A3 page for inserting into a A4 document and 2 or 4 hole-punching.
The Dual-Scan system, on these models, enables simultaneous front and back scanning with speeds of up to 180 opm (originals per minute).
The d-Color MF652 and d-Color MF752 provide extensive Scan-to functions including email, SMB, FTP, Box, USB Memory Stick and TWAIN as standard. Users can save in JPEG; TIFF; PDF; Compact PDF; PPTX (PowerPoint); XPS and Compact XPS. Once the document has been scanned it can be checked in the useful “real-time” preview, on the touch-panel , before the user decides to forward it.
For direct printing, the d-Color MF652 and d-Color MF752 support PDF; XPS; TIFF, JPEG and OOXML (Office Open XML including docx/xlsx/pptx) file formats, so it is possible to print directly via a Web Browser Utility without using a Print Driver, or print directly via a Memory Stick.
Remote Panel facilitates remote access to the Colour Multi-touch Display by the administrator via a standard Web Browser, bringing new levels of user support to the office.
The Plus versions, of these models, feature slight amendments to the operator panel and to the
i-Options, where OOXML format files convert to include scan to Excel and Word and direct print for e-mail attached files.
