Dear all,
We firstly would like to wish you very merry Christmas and a prosperous new year. 2014 has proved to be hugely successful for EBM and we would like to thank you for your ongoing support.
One of the many big changes we have seen at EBM has been my own promotion to Managing Director, taking the reins from my father, Michael Bailey, in October this year. I joined the company’s sales department in 2008 and began my time here working on bespoke customer proposals. Six years later as MD I now have a more dedicated role in overseeing the development of the company, as well as maintaining and strengthening customer relationships. I would like to thank my father and the whole of the EBM team for making it such an easy transition and to our clients too for your continuing support to both myself and the company.
Progression:
The year as a whole has seen important progression in many areas, with a huge increase in the number of Servicing, Leasing and Short Term Rental contracts we have offered. When we supply our clients it is never as simple as selling a machine, but is instead a commitment to support on an ongoing basis. The ever-evolving ranges of Lexmark, Olivetti and Ricoh machines have also been a joy to supply, with each line adding more and more benefit to our clients.
Print Management Software:
One area that we are excited to explore further in 2015 is Print Management Software. YSoft is a new product that is aimed at helping businesses to cut paper and print costs. Due to this being such an important area we have trained our staff to give expert advice on how to tailor its services to individual companies and therefore save you more time and money. For more information on how YSoft could help you, please see our website or get in touch for a demo.
Away from business:
Away from business, we are also proud to announce that Michael Bailey has also been made an Ambassador for local charity Brainwave, an organisation dedicated to helping children with mental disability to achieve their full potential. An incredible cause, you can find out more at www.brainwave.org.uk and on our website blog page too, where a piece has been posted on Michael’s role within the charity.
So all that leaves me to say is enjoy the festive period and we look forward to seeing you in 2015.
Kind regards,
Mark Bailey
Managing Director
