Another string to the bow of the Witham-based Managed Services firm
EBM Managed Services Group announced today that it now provides businesses with secure, reliable telephony services. Using the latest VOIP technology, the service will support SMEs preparing for BT’s switch-off of ISDN2 and PSTN technology.
VOIP, or Voice Over Internet Protocol, technology allows users to make voice calls over the internet, therefore dramatically reducing call costs. The service also improves reliability and allows for a more flexible way of working.
